Ristorante Da Valentino Jakarta
Having great lunch with your beloved ones isn't such a lovely moments? I'm pretty sure you will love spending time in a place where you can have your quality time together. Great moment should be with a great food too and we just got all of that in an Italian Fine Dining Restaurant, Ristorante Da Valentino, one of the best Italian Restaurant in Singapore.
After a long waiting to have quality time together, we finally had a chance to get one. We decided to visit this restaurant which located at MD Place Building, Setiabudi Road (Kuningan - Jakarta). When the lift opened we can heard a classic Italian music was played in all around this restaurant and the interior design was truly describe the elegance of an Italian Fine Dining Restaurant.
It's already a late lunch I guess when we get there so we decide to order some recommended menu:
Osso Buco (450k) a traditional braised veal shank using Chef Valentino recipe. It has great texture and I might say the meat was so tender that you can just cut it with a fork. We have tried some of Osso Buco menu from Italian restaurant and we agreed this one was the best we ever tried because the meat marinade and cook perfectly. A newly experience for this!
Pizza Bismark (195k) there are several pizza menu on their list but some how we ordered Bismark, their describe what include the pizza clearly and we had to choose this because we never tried pizza with half cooked egg and sounds good for us. It's kind unique and new for us. They use Crispy Bacon and Half Cooked Egg as their topping, the crispness of the bacon eat with the melted half cooked egg . . . . . . . yap it's good choice although the bacon a little bit salty for me, but overall we like it!
